The M2 Overland Ambassadorship (the “Ambassadorship”) is open to residents of Western Australia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, agents, contractors, directors, and officers of M2 Overland and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
The Ambassadorship will run for a period of twelve months. All applications must be received during this period to be eligible.
To apply, eligible individuals must complete the application form on the Ambassadorship’s landing page, including personal details, responses to questions, and any required attachments. Incomplete applications will be disqualified.
M2 Overland will select one (1) ambassador (the “Ambassador”) based on the appropriateness, creativity, and relevance of the application. The selection is at the sole discretion of M2 Overland and will be conducted on or around [Selection Date].
The selected Ambassador will receive an M2 Overland ute tray system and will be required to provide regular content to M2 Overland, including but not limited to photos, videos, testimonials, etc. This content will be used in promotional and marketing material for M2 Overland. The content must adhere to specific guidelines and quality standards provided by M2 Overland.
The selected Ambassador will be notified via email within 7 days of the selection. Failure to respond within 14 days or failure to comply with any terms and conditions may result in disqualification, and an alternate Ambassador may be selected.
By applying, applicants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of administering the ambassadorship and in accordance with M2 Overland's Privacy Policy.
By applying, participants grant M2 Overland a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their submitted content, including text, photos, videos, and likenesses, for promotional purposes without further compensation.
M2 Overland, its agents, and its representatives are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or any other claim related to participation in the ambassadorship or the fulfilment of Ambassador responsibilities.
The ambassadorship is governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
M2 Overland reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the ambassadorship at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
